I love to watch football match no matter which football team play in the match as I love to watch tactical move and strategies during the football game especially for big competition and events where superb players and teams are making their moves on the field.

The current event is 2010 Africa Cup of Nations where 16 qualified teams will showing their best to win the cup. This year’s event will be held in Angola. The first match is between Angola and Mali. I might miss this match due to some tasks. Actually I’m waiting to watch Adebayor but I feel disappointed to know that Togo football team had withdrawn from the event due to the a machine gun attack on the their team bus on Friday. Some people did wrong things and we lost the chance to see a good team playing in the game.

By the way, I hope that the other participating teams will show their best skills so it’s worth to watch the games.

p.s: I wonder why there is such people having desire in attacking a football team bus. What a world.

                          

Goodbye 2009 and now it’s 2010!

There were a lot of sweet memories and memorable events in the previous years and full of emotions – happy, sad, happening and etc. We might forgot some of them but the thing that we have to accept it the time is already gone and never coming back but the feeling of the memories will be forever in our heart and mind.

Not to forget the people who left us such as Michael Jackson and Brittany Murphy. May them rest in peace.

Some people might saying about new determination and spirit for the new year as new year brings special meanings and motivations for some people. The others might think that is a normal matter as it happens every 365/366 days. Whatever it is, we all hope that this new year will bring us a lot of improvement and betterment in our life.

Goodbye 2009 and hopefully it will become a beneficial memory and lesson for us. Welcome 2010 and hope it will bring us a nice and positive move.

Do you still remember Friendster? I believe you do.

Friendster is the original social networking existed and had became a popular social networking way back in 2001. The situation then changed when more users became more attracted to MySpace and Facebook which offer more functions and activities for the online users such as chat and games.

But Friendster is still exists until today and the latest news confirmed that MOL, a Malaysian company buys Friendster for a rumored $100 million.

Some spectators might wonder why would a company buys Friendster for a huge money but in fact, Friendster is a popular choice in Asia compared to MySpace and Facebook which are the popular social networking sites for the Americans. There are more than 75 million registered users and 90 percent of the daily traffic coming from Asia region.

The new Friendster has new layout and appearance and had been improved with new functions and activities for the users. I just logged in my ‘abandoned’ Friendster account just now and somewhat feel amazed to see the improvement. Well, I believe the new Friendster is able to compete with the other networking sites especially Facebook and Myspace and becomes popular again. Who knows?

                          

I checked Google Trends and Yahoo! Buzz Index today and feel a bit amazing to find that Tiger Woods had became the hottest topic for both search engines.

The most possible reason for this situation might caused by the latest news of Tiger Wood, relating to his affairs with his mistresses. I don’t want to say whether the story is true or not but the main point is how amazing an interesting story could be the hottest topic for both search engines. I guess it is the powerful mix of popular celebrity and interesting story that it could amazingly affect the top search in USA.

This situation happened since 2-3 days ago if I’m not mistaken, but as the story being forgotten, new hot story will comes and slowly descending the current one.
